2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and mark the RMA on the box.
  4. Ship to the provided return address (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error).

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after inspection:

  • Full refund: If item is unused and complete.
  • Partial refund: For used or incomplete items (15% restocking fee).
  • No refund: For non-returnable categories.

4. Exchanges

For defective items or model/size changes, contact us. Subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
